Some fans and friends often ask: how do I operate contracts?

Today I’ll briefly summarize my basic framework:
1 First buy 20%,
2 If you make a wrong trade, you lose 10%, immediately cut the loss— the loss amount is 2% of the total position.
3 If you trade correctly, you profit 10%, immediately add 20%, then if it rises 10% add another 20%, and finally the last time add directly 40%. Expand your winning results—then as long as you don’t hit a 10% loss, hold. Once it drops 10%, immediately close the entire position.
The core idea is basically like this: reduce risk to the minimum. Similar to the “King of Speculation” Livermore. Of course, this is only a rough framework—when you actually implement it, you’ll definitely run into many uncertainties, because the market is constantly changing. I often execute this method during my trades, and overall the current results are still pretty good—but it’s not 100% guaranteed. It’s just about lowering risk and increasing the win rate.
When trading contracts, you must talk about methods—otherwise you can only become “cabbage” (a retail victim).
