Seeing people talk about treasury spending and milestones, I also want to say a couple of things.

Whether the project team is actually doing serious work can be judged from one thing: when they spend money, do they also clearly list the “results.” For example, where the budget went, what functions were released, and how community votes are used—these should all be verifiable on-chain. What I fear most is that kind of “we’re working hard, but there are no specific details” kind of misleading announcement.

Recently, AI Agents and automated trading have been pretty lively, but honestly, some projects hype it up to the sky. When you check their treasury spending, it’s all operations and marketing, with little real development spend. The ones that are truly tight on security will instead regularly update audit reports and show the community the purpose of each transaction. In any case, my own habit is to first check the treasury spending breakdown, then see whether the milestones have corresponding code or product updates—so I know what’s going on.

Anyone who grows vegetables knows this: watering only, without fertilizing, won’t let the plants grow well. Projects are the same—if you just shout slogans without output, you’ll end up stepping into a pit sooner or later. Let’s avoid scams and pitfalls together~
