Once you have a multi-chain wallet, managing it can really get a bit overwhelming. Lately, the staking unlock and token unlock calendar has been making my eyes glaze over—every time I see the unlock schedule, I can’t help thinking: who can actually withstand all that sell pressure? Anyway, the assets in my wallet are spread across several chains, and every time I transfer, I can’t remember which chain has how much gas left. It’s driving me crazy.

I personally get into the habit of writing down each chain’s addresses and contract interaction records in my notes, and I also label the permission settings—like which contracts have callback risks and which ones are upgradeable. Knowing that for sure makes me feel at ease. Basically, don’t be greedy—don’t just one-click move everything to save a little gas fee. Otherwise, one day you might end up with assets stuck in a locked contract or on a particular chain, and you won’t even have time to cry.

Oh, and I saw recently that someone warned about vulnerabilities in cross-chain bridges—so I’m reminding myself to check the authorizations on those older contracts again. Alright, that’s it for now. We’ll talk next time.
