I’ve found that no matter how much money the bosses of Fujian companies make, they never share even a small portion of the profits with their employees. It made me think of several Fujian companies that are super large firms, with abundant profits, and they all squeeze their employees. They then donate the money outside to put on a show, and some even say that if employees’ wages are too high, it would be bad for the industry.
