Buffett said: “What you do makes you look forward to doing it every day, not just for money—you’re more likely to achieve long-term success.”

For someone who trusts their own experience more, instead of trying to explain “why you like it” first through physiology and psychology, it’s better to directly observe your own behavioral patterns.

Wanting to do something repeatedly and not easily getting tired—that is interest.
Being able to find that you understand and improve in it more easily than the average person—that is talent.

In the end, it’s about the system—inside and outside—being willing to provide enough feedback, whether positive or negative; clarity is the most important.
Over the long term, the advantage is the result of a continuous feedback loop that keeps strengthening interest, talent, and feedback.
