Many people ask: within a year in crypto circles, is there an opportunity to earn $1 million? The answer is not an absolute no, but the prerequisite is not gambling it all on a single trade—it’s having a strategy that you can execute long-term.
I’m fairly认可 of a relatively simple approach: split your capital into several portions to manage it. For example, if you have 10k USDT, you can average it into five parts, and only use one part to open a position each time. After you enter, if the price continues to pull back, you add to the position in batches according to the plan; if it rises to your preset targets, you reduce the position in batches to lock in profits first.
The biggest advantage of this is that you won’t get pushed into a dead end by a single bout of volatility. When the market drops, you still have funds to lower your average cost; when it rises, you can keep realizing profits rather than continuously imagining that you can sell at the absolute top. $BANK
Of course, this method also has drawbacks. Sometimes the market doesn’t move much, and you may have to wait a long time before the buy/sell conditions trigger, so it may look like capital efficiency isn’t very high. But from another angle, instead of constantly chasing pumps and cutting lows, it’s better to patiently wait for your own opportunity. Idle funds can also be placed in low-risk products to improve capital efficiency a bit.
Many people always think about doubling in one trade. In reality, those who truly grow their account tend to prefer continuously accumulating those small profits that don’t look impressive. Earning 10% in a single trade may not be that exciting, but if you keep it up long-term, the compounding effect will become more and more obvious.
In crypto circles, what really determines your returns is often not whether you picked the right direction in one trade, but whether you can control risk long-term and keep your rhythm. Making money isn’t about one all-in gamble—it’s about executing correctly again and again, slowly rolling small profits into large gains.
