Just been mulling over options—the difference between the buyer and the seller is really like growing vegetables versus collecting land rent. The buyer is like renting a plot to grow tomatoes: once the time is up, the land gets taken back, and if the vegetables don’t grow, the rent is wasted. The seller, meanwhile, is like the landlord—waiting to collect rent, on the condition that the vegetables don’t grow too wildly and end up bursting the land 😂. Anyway, when it comes to this “time value” thing, the buyer has to race against it, while the seller would actually rather it run faster.
Speaking of hot topics, things have been lively again lately in the meme and celebrity signal-calling crowd. I’m the kind who’s always running a bit late—by the time I catch up, people are already shouting, “Don’t pick up the last baton.” Forget it—I’ll just be honest and stick to squatting in my little vegetable garden, planting things I can eat. At least when I step into a trap, I can clearly understand that it was my own doing.
