US Regulation|What’s the progress on the CLARITY Act, and why is the market still watching?

📌 Today’s event: The U.S. has recently held related hearings and discussions regarding the CLARITY Act, and the market continues to watch whether this crypto market structure bill can make further, bigger progress.

📈 Market impact: If the U.S. can more clearly distinguish regulatory responsibilities for digital assets, it may reduce the uncertainty that companies and institutions face when entering the market.

💬 My view:

I believe one of the biggest changes in the crypto market right now is that “regulation” has gradually shifted from being an obstacle to becoming part of market expectations.

Previously, everyone only hoped the government wouldn’t regulate too much, but now what major institutions truly need is to know what they can do and what they can’t.

With clear rules, banks will dare to enter; companies will dare to launch products; and investors will also find it easier to judge which projects can develop long term.

So, the most important thing about the CLARITY Act may not be which coin might rise in the short term, but whether it can give the entire industry clearer game rules.

When the market shifts from “guessing policy” to “developing according to rules,” that’s when true maturity begins.

If the CLARITY Act can really be implemented, those big institutions on Wall Street will probably rush to get in; right now everyone is waiting for a clear rule framework.

Actually, clearer regulation is a long-term positive, and speculating back and forth only makes the market more anxious. Hopefully this hearing will bring some substantive progress.
