BlockBeats news, July 18: Rezaei, an adviser to Iran’s supreme leader, said that if the United States continues to launch attacks over the next two or three days, Iran will end its previous deterrence and reciprocal retaliation strategy, shift to a “full-scale offensive and destruction” phase, and may directly strike U.S. military bases and personnel outside the United States.

He said Iran had previously exercised restraint to prevent the conflict from spilling over into the region, but the U.S. “misjudgment” could push the situation toward escalation. Rezaei also called on regional countries and governments including Kuwait, Jordan, Qatar, and the UAE to prevent the United States and Israel from expanding their actions, and said the U.S. strategy of “fighting and negotiations in parallel” has already failed; Iran will strengthen its counterattack efforts in the coming days.
