Just saw someone complaining that on-chain data tools are lagging behind. I actually think oracle price quotes being delayed is what’s really scary. Plainly speaking, with the liquidation model you’re using, if the feed price is late by one second, your account could already be liquidated—by the time you react, you’re already at the bottom. On-chain data tools at least can pull up the chart and check for yourself; oracle delay is uncontrollable. Anyway, every time I set a liquidation threshold, I leave some buffer—just to give myself a bit more peace of mind.
