Wu Says He Learned that Bryan Steil, Chairman of the Subcommittee on Digital Assets of the U.S. House Committee on Financial Services, said in a Fox Business interview that he is optimistic about the Senate passing next week the crypto market structure bill, the “CLARITY Act.” He also said that it is crucial for the United States to set the “gold standard” for digital-asset regulation. On the same day, Steil said the Senate is preparing to review the bill, calling for an end to enforcement replacing regulation and for clear rules to be established for the digital-asset market.
