Today’s CLARITY Act update is testimony, not enactment. 🏛️

The House Financial Services Committee released statements arguing for:
• CFTC oversight of custodial spot-market intermediaries
• guarded affiliate trading
• existing securities treatment for tokenized securities
• custody and control as the boundary for developer regulation
That sharpens the implementation debate. It does not mark a new vote, final House-Senate text or a law taking effect.
Watch the next legislative text: the SEC-CFTC line, affiliate safeguards and developer definitions are the real proof points.
