Who is suppressing the MU short signal?

$MU /USDT - SHORT

Trading plan:
Entry: 851.49 – 860.27
SL: 898.04
TP1: 824.26
TP2: 803.18
TP3: 771.56

Why pay attention to this structure?
On the 4-hour timeframe, it looks bearish, but the 15-minute RSI at 62.1 shows that the short-term rebound hasn’t fully exhausted. The 1-day trend is moving sideways, suggesting that large capital is waiting for direction. The entry reference is 855.88, TP1 is 824.26, and SL is 898.04. Why now? RSI hasn’t reached overbought, but at the end of the sideways range the shorts are building up; once the level breaks, the speed may increase.

Discussion:
For this wave of shorts, are you targeting TP1 824 first, or waiting for a lower entry?
