Deep Tide TechFlow message: On July 17, according to Eleanor Terrett, the U.S. House Financial Services Committee will hold an in-person hearing on the Clarity Act at 10:00 a.m. Eastern Time in New York to discuss how the bill will drive innovation. This hearing is informational and will not affect the U.S. Senate’s review process for the bill. Meanwhile, after Trump met with Senate Republicans regarding ethics issues, the updated text of the bill has still not been released. Industry insiders expect the relevant text may be delayed until next week.
