Deep Tide TechFlow message: On July 17, according to TechFundingNews, a confirmation statement disclosed by the UK Companies House shows that a shareholder entity of the suspected NVIDIA-affiliated venture capital arm NVentures LLC holds about 141,834 shares in the digital bank Revolut. Based on the issuance price of that funding round, this stake is valued at approximately $195.9 million.
Previously, neither NVIDIA nor Revolut had publicly disclosed the related investment amount or the size of the stake. The document information suggests that NVIDIA may be further expanding its fintech presence through strategic investments.
