Deep Tide TechFlow message. On July 17, according to Xinhua News Agency, the 2026 World Artificial Intelligence Conference released the “Global AI Innovation Index Report 2026.” The report makes a quantitative assessment of AI innovation and development in 46 countries across five dimensions: basic support, resources and environment, science and technology R&D, industry and applications, and international cooperation and exchanges.

The report says that AI infrastructure continues to expand, and energy supply has become a new variable for future development; the focus of large-model industrialization is shifting from general-purpose to vertical applications, and from training to inference, while driving the reshaping of business processes across the entire lifecycle, with enterprises showing characteristics of heavy capital investment; at the same time, global demand for AI governance is accelerating, and China is advancing global governance and inclusive cooperation on multiple fronts.
