AAVE — this signal is pretty interesting. Everyone’s chasing longs, but the 4-hour data quietly flashed a 79% short-position signal; no one noticed.

Entry 90.85-91.07, stop loss 93.70, TP1 88.91, TP2 87.54. The daily chart has no clear direction, and the 15-minute RSI is neutral at 50.65, with no momentum pushing upward. ATR shows volatility is low; once the level breaks, the speed is very fast.

Are you shorting down to 87, or waiting for a fake breakout before you act? This plan is about getting a low-risk position while everyone’s chasing price higher.

Just wait for the price to drop to 87; once the stop-loss is set, that’s enough.

If this AAVE drop reaches 87, it lines up with the previous low support, so it may not necessarily break. Setting two take-profit levels is reasonable; the second one can be used to take a gamble. But if there’s no direction on the daily chart, don’t hold a short position.

In the 15-minute RSI, it’s neutral—no momentum, but it can also be understood as building up power; it could go either up or down. A light short position for a trial is fine.

Many people are calling for going long; the funding rate is likely to turn negative. This is the classic time to short, but make sure your stop-loss is in place.

I encountered a similar signal last time: the more people chasing long positions, the easier it is for the market to dump; the 4-hour short signal combined with low volatility—after it breaks the level, the move is indeed fast. I’ll follow one trade first to see.

Every time I see signals like this, I get itching to trade, but last time I got burned by a fake breakout. This time I’ll still hold back and wait for confirmation on the right side. Hope you guys make money.

This entry range is indeed pretty good—the risk-reward ratio is quite favorable. The stop-loss is a bit too close though, so you need to keep an eye on the chart.

Sit quietly and watch the show—wait for your results before making any move.
