Today I reviewed this $BTC trade. What I want to say isn’t just how violently it pumped—it’s that in the middle, I almost got shaken out. Those few probing spikes were really disgusting. Everything was clearly still headed in the right direction, yet the market intentionally made people question their own judgment.

I panicked at the time too, especially during that spike-and-retrace move. My hand was already starting to itch to do something. But once I calmed down and looked again, I saw the bottom was able to hold—so it wasn’t that nobody wanted it. It was just that the explosive move hadn’t hit yet.

Once the later move confirmed the breakout, all the earlier suffering turned into a setup. In the end, this trade captured an upside of +1138.21%. My emotions shifted from suspicion to steadiness—the change was pretty obvious.

Old players all know: the hardest part of futures isn’t spotting an opportunity—it’s whether you can hold your nerve before the opportunity actually pays off. Being right on direction but unable to hold is even more uncomfortable than being wrong. This one was a reminder to myself.
