Mars Finance News: On July 17, White House press secretary Leavitt said that Iran is still in dialogue with the United States and expressed hope of reaching an agreement with the U.S. because they are suffering from “devastating blows.” In addition, Leavitt said that the U.S.’s recent strikes stemmed from Iran’s violation of the memorandum of understanding.
