On July 15, BlackRock CEO Larry Fink said in a CNBC interview that although South Korea’s stock market has recently been extremely volatile and some parts of the market still carry leverage risks, the overall leverage level is far lower than in 2008 and is not enough to trigger a global crisis. He specifically noted that Bitcoin and the crypto market previously attracted a large amount of highly leveraged capital, so they had to go through a clearing round; after the adjustment, the market is actually more stable. Meanwhile, he remains bullish on the next 12 months, believing that AI and the technology revolution will help companies improve efficiency and profit margins.
