It’s another case of getting a license, but will the actual business be dragged down by various reporting requirements? Let’s wait and see and judge the user experience first.

BitPay has been approved for a CASP license, signaling that crypto payments are entering a regulated era in the European Union. This is a confidence boost for institutional clients, but everyday users care more about whether fees and service quality will change.
