#BTW Converging triangle pattern, slightly bearish.

The swing highs and lows narrow toward each other in both directions, and volatility continues to compress. This is a typical accumulation structure—an imminent directional breakdown/break-through move may be on the way. The current price of 0.06 is right at the triangle’s end apex, and the chart-turning window is approaching.

After this long consolidation, the turning momentum will become extremely strong. If you’re unsure about the direction, you can wait until the direction is confirmed before entering.

Altcoins are extremely volatile—make sure you set a proper stop-loss. Before opening a position, think about what the maximum loss you can accept is; don’t just focus on how much you can make if you catch the move.

Indeed, the end of a triangle convergence usually has small volatility, but once a direction comes out, it often moves very aggressively. Being in cash and waiting is the most stable right now—wait for a signal before taking action.

If this move drops and breaks below 0.058, I’ll chase a short; if it breaks above 0.062, I’ll chase a long. Is a 3% stop-loss enough? But altcoins have low liquidity—needle-like spikes can be vicious—so be careful.

Bro, your analysis is solid, but personally I think when this kind of consolidation pattern is narrow on both the upside and the downside, there are also quite a lot of fake breakouts. Better to look at how trading volume changes, and only enter after a breakout is confirmed by a surge in volume. I’d rather make a little less than get slapped in both directions.
