Actually, Bloxroute has built up a lot in MEV and block forwarding. FalconX buying it is basically connecting the data pipeline and transaction execution, which is good news for institutional clients.

The acquisition and integration are a bit interesting—what kind of sparks could be sparked by combining infrastructure with a primary brokerage?

After integrating network technology, financing and the primary brokerage business should be able to respond to market volatility faster, which is a potential positive for both market makers and funds.

Think about it—if it’s possible to combine bloxroute’s MEV protection mechanism with the company’s core brokerage business, doesn’t that mean it could create a more fair trading environment? We’ll wait and see.

Good—strategic acquisitions can quickly obtain technical resources, much faster than building in-house.
