Golden Finance reported that on July 17, Anton Bukov, co-founder of 1inch, said on the X platform that he stopped participating in the company’s operations in late November 2025 due to differences in strategic direction and leadership, and will no longer take part in any work related to product architecture or security, nor provide any oversight of either. He said he is still a co-founder and a 50% shareholder. Anton Bukov co-founded 1inch in May 2019 and was previously responsible for designing core architectures such as the 1inch Router, Fusion, and cross-chain Swaps.
