$LDO Technical Analysis: Is a Long-Term Trend Reversal Finally Underway?

After spending months inside a descending channel, $LDO is showing its strongest bullish signal in a long time. Price has broken above the channel resistance and is now testing a major technical confluence, where trendline resistance meets the Ichimoku Cloud.

This is a critical area. A confirmed breakout could mark the beginning of a broader trend reversal rather than just another relief rally.

Market Structure

• The long-term descending channel has been broken, signaling weakening bearish control.
• Buyers have regained momentum after establishing a series of higher lows.
• Price is now challenging the Ichimoku Cloud, a key resistance zone that often determines the next major trend.

Key Levels to Watch

Support: $0.33–$0.34

Resistance: $0.37–$0.40

If bulls secure a close above the cloud and hold the breakout on a retest, the probability of a sustained upside move increases significantly. On the other hand, rejection from this area could lead to another period of consolidation before the next attempt.

Rather than chasing the breakout, I'm watching for confirmation. The strongest trends usually begin after resistance turns into support—not before.

Do you think LDO has finally ended its long-term downtrend, or is this just another temporary rally?

Bro, you analyzed it really thoroughly, but I still think chasing higher prices from this point is high-risk. Better to wait for a pullback and confirmation.

Cloud resistance is crucial. If it can close above it and then pull back without breaking it, I’ll consider adding to my position. Otherwise, I’ll let it play on its own.

To be honest, every time I draw a line on the technical chart, it feels like a reversal is coming—yet the result is often that I end up getting buried. This time, I’ll first watch whether 0.33 to 0.34 can hold.

A long-term trend reversal takes time and needs volume to keep up; for now, we can only say there are early signs. Don’t rush into FOMO—wait until resistance turns into support before taking action.

I’m more inclined to think this is a false breakout, since the overall market sentiment hasn’t fully turned around yet. LDO may test the support again.
