On July 16, according to monitoring by BlockFlow’s KOL opinion aggregation platform, NVIDIA (NVDA) is partnering with Japan’s Ministry of Economy, Trade and Industry (METI) and Noetra to build a 140MW AI factory, using Vera CPUs and Rubin GPUs to support training of trillion-parameter models and development of the robotics ecosystem. Several KOLs are optimistic about the prospects of this collaboration.



Among them, Balder said that orders for about 30,000 Rubin chips from Japan’s AI alliance will help NVIDIA lock in stable revenue. No matter which Japanese company ultimately wins the robot AI competition, NVIDIA will benefit.
