Since the 14th, I’ve been thinking about shorting 1928–1936 for a short trade, but I couldn’t find a good spot and I didn’t keep watching it. Yesterday, after a rally pushed near 1947, I still didn’t open a short because it’s only about 10 points away from 1936. I just feel it will move higher on a push. Based on the cooling-out and supportive signals from the past two days, it feels like the market sentiment is getting emotional. If you want to short for a quick trade, the timing doesn’t seem worth it versus the risk. For now, I’m also just holding up/absorbing it—let’s see how it moves next week. I strongly feel it needs to test around 2000.
