Deep Tide TechFlow message: On July 16, according to The Block, MoonPay announced an all-stock transaction to acquire Glide, a crypto deposits startup backed by Y Combinator; the deal size was not disclosed. Founded in 2023, Glide mainly provides crypto asset deposit solutions across multiple tokens, wallets, exchanges, and debit cards, supporting more than 100 tokens and 30 blockchain networks, with annualized transaction volume exceeding $100 million.

MoonPay said Glide’s technology and team will be integrated into the company and rolled into its existing product MoonPay Deposits to optimize users’ deposit flow and reduce operational complexity caused by cross-chain bridging and asset exchange. This acquisition is MoonPay’s sixth deal announced in 2026.
