According to ChainCatcher, Ledger has released Ledger Agent Stack. This is an open-source toolkit that enables AI agents to interact with crypto wallets by reading balances, preparing transactions, and offering operation recommendations. All transactions must be authorized by the user on Ledger’s hardware device. The company describes this release as the first step of its AI roadmap, aiming to integrate hardware-based security mechanisms into AI-focused crypto applications while preventing autonomous agents from transferring funds or accessing sensitive credentials without human authorization.
