Air force, don’t come in. Recently it’s been unable to make a profit, and it will still surge violently.

Large amounts of leveraged short positions get triggered, resulting in insufficient margin. The exchange automatically executes market orders to buy and close the short positions (for shorts to exit, they must buy coins);

A massive wave of forced buy orders pushes the price higher. The faster the price rises, the more short positions get liquidated, and the more passive buying orders enter;

Loop amplification: the more it rises and liquidates, the more liquidations there are; the more liquidations there are, the more violently it rises—within minutes, it can surge out 10%~30% with brutal bullish candles.

Historical cases

Bitcoin has repeatedly surged upward by several thousand dollars from low levels. The main driver is the system-wide liquidation of hundreds of millions-level short positions concentrated in one place. There’s no need for huge positive catalysts—just the crowded shorts getting closed can create a blow-off rally.

Just hang a 100x position and try your luck at a lottery—Lab’s script: getting wiped out is only a matter of time.

Don’t come in. Don’t come in. Both longs and shorts will get liquidated. No matter long or short, don’t come in, because many long and short positions will be liquidated. Massive crashes and massive pumps alternate back and forth.
