Zhejiang Meida: The company’s stock will continue to be suspended from trading on July 14, 2026

Zhejiang Meida announced that its controlling shareholder and actual controller, Mr. Xia Zhisheng and Mr. Xia Ding, are in the process of planning matters related to a change in control, which may result in a change in the company’s actual controller. The company’s shares will be suspended from trading starting July 10, 2026, with the expected suspension period not exceeding 2 trading days. Since the overall plan is still being negotiated and the parties to the transaction have not yet signed a formal agreement, the company expects that it will be unable to resume trading at the market open on July 14, 2026. The company’s shares will remain suspended from trading on July 14, 2026, with the expected suspension period not exceeding 3 trading days.
