BlockBeats report: On July 16, according to market data from BIT (bit.com), US pre-market semiconductor stocks broadly declined. Arm fell 4.70%, TSMC fell 4.52%, Marvell Technology fell 3.77%, AMD fell 3.25%, Lam Research fell 3.12%, and Nvidia fell 1.62%.

The storage sector led the declines, with Western Digital down 7.13%, SK Hynix ADR down 6.66%, SanDisk down 6.69%, Seagate Technology down 5.46%, and Micron Technology down 4.11%.

Optical communications concept stocks collectively weakened, with Astera Labs down 4.45%, Coherent down 4.43%, Corning down 4.19%, Applied Optoelectronics down 3.98%, Nokia down 3.82%, and Credo down 3.61%.
