This empty short finally paid off. The drop after $ETH came off the high—many people are still waiting for a rebound, but I’m watching for the continuation after it starts to struggle under pressure.

When I entered around 2185.21, the order flow wasn’t exactly smooth—there was a lot of annoying back-and-forth—but what really got my attention was that each rebound was weaker than the last. ETH couldn’t hold up above that level, which shows the initiative is no longer in the bulls’ hands. Now the price is at 1886.77, and my unrealized position profit is +2373.54%. The market’s room has been released very directly.

This kind of profitable pullback isn’t about rushing just because you see green—it’s about staying alert when the high area stops making new highs and the momentum can’t keep up. A lot of people hesitate because they’re afraid it might suddenly swing back; but sometimes trading is about recognizing structure, not acting on emotion.

On my side, I’m handling this with an 80/20 approach: I took most of the profits earlier, and I’ll keep a smaller position with a protection level to continue watching for further extension. If you didn’t catch it, don’t rush—don’t chase orders, and don’t chase shorts; wait for the next more comfortable level.
