🌲 Investing Canopy Fragment No.012 Yesterday a friend asked me a question. Why do many people like to compare public chains to cities? I thought about it for a long time, and later I found that this metaphor is actually quite fitting. The most important thing in a city isn’t how tall the buildings are. It’s whether people are willing to live there long-term. When a restaurant opens, people go there to eat. Then another coffee shop opens nearby, and slowly more companies move in.
