Many people were just shouting “a rebound,” and then $ESPORTS turned around and smashed down. Honestly, this is the kind of chart I like to watch most—the face-turn after pressure. The more everyone thinks it can still rally, the more you have to watch whether there’s a bagholder ready.

This short position opened around 0.04371. At the time, what I was watching was continuous failed attempts to probe higher—price stopped making new highs and instead every pullback got pushed back down. This isn’t just simple range trading anymore; the structure is clearly weak. Now at the current price of 0.01532, the profit is already +1279.32%, and the short has been closed out fairly cleanly.

After taking profits, the easiest mistake is to think it can keep dropping all the way, and then mess up the rhythm. Over here I’ll still follow the 80/20 approach in batches: first take the bulk of the profit, and keep the remaining position with protection. If it can extend, continue watching; if it can’t extend, don’t let the profit give back too much.

Markets are moving every day, but good entry points aren’t. Don’t chase this move—don’t enter, don’t chase the panic selloff. Wait until the next time a key level becomes clearer, then make your move.
