The most interesting part this time isn’t how much it fell, but that most people misjudged the rhythm. $LUNC The move at the high level looked strong at first; in reality, it just pushed up a bit and then turned soft, getting pressed down again after it was pushed into place—like it was constantly wiping out the patience of those chasing longs. The more lively the order book looks, the more I feel we can’t follow emotions into it.

Back then I was watching LUNC. The real key was that fake breakout around 0.00007722. The price didn’t hold above it, and volume didn’t follow through. Once it drops from a position like that, it’s easy to trigger a chain of sell pressure. Afterwards, it directly traded down to 0.00005985, and the short was up by +1596.08% on paper—the room for volatility opened up very clearly.

Now, after being in profit, I won’t start fantasizing about taking everything in one bite. I’ll first take profits on the main positions in batches, and keep the rest with a protective level in place to see whether there’s momentum downside afterwards. Plainly put, the worst thing for trading is to win and still get greedy. If you missed the move, don’t rush to add short positions, and don’t chase orders either. The market offers opportunities every day—wait for a more comfortable level to act.
