Yesterday, the overall market traded in a narrow range with choppy movement. After the PPI data was released in the evening, price briefly surged to around 66,500, but the rally lacked follow-through; on multiple attempts to push higher, bulls repeatedly met resistance and were pushed back.

From the current chart, the daily trend has been stuck in a long-term high-range consolidation without power to make new highs. Bullish momentum has dried up, and it is unlikely to see a breakout with a strong upward move in the near term. The pullback window has opened. On the 4-hour chart, after touching the upper Bollinger Band, the advance stalled; concentrated profit-taking by bulls has led to strong demand for a pullback. On the 1-hour chart, after a high at 65,589, the price kept closing lower and moving down; the Bollinger Bands have tightened, and the upside momentum has completely faded.

For future operations, maintain a high-short strategy and go with the flow to bet on a pullback.

Yesterday’s overall market action saw narrow-range consolidation. After the PPI data was released in the evening, it briefly surged to around 66,500, but the rise failed to continue. Multiple attempts by the bulls to push higher were repeatedly met with rejection and pullbacks.

From the current chart, the daily timeframe has been stuck in a long-lasting range at high levels without managing new highs. Bullish momentum has dried up, so a breakthrough higher in the short term is unlikely, and a pullback window has opened. On the 4-hour timeframe, after touching the upper Bollinger Band, the price stalled; concentrated profit-taking by the bulls caused strong pullback demand. On the 1-hour timeframe, after peaking at 65,589, the market kept closing bearish and moving lower. The Bollinger Bands have tightened, and the upside momentum has completely weakened.

For future operations, maintain a high-short approach and trade the pullback in line with the trend.
