After $LAB suffered a ten-day streak of declines, is the rebound a trap or an opportunity?

LAB has been falling for ten straight sessions. The market is now comparing it to RAVE’s four-times rebound back then, and calls to “buy the dip” are back again. But what “Prince Cai” sees is another side: on the chart, it keeps surging a few times, yet always misses that last inch—trading volume never manages to keep up, and nobody is willing to take the bait at high levels.
RAVE is RAVE, and LAB is LAB. One is a true reversal from strong volume at the bottom; the other is what happens when it has dropped too much and bounces, then crawls right back down. Volume-price divergence is still continuing, and there are no signs that the bearish trend has finished. Chasing into this structure makes it easy to get stuck halfway up the mountain.
Wait for the volume to return, for the structure to stabilize, and for clear signals that the downtrend has actually ended. Going in now to bet on a rebound isn’t a good trade-off in terms of risk versus reward! #PreIPOs第二期OpenAI认购
