Recently, I’ve come across a lot of AI-related news, and it feels like its development is moving far faster than we expected. With this momentum, this generation of ours is very likely to witness a major transformation unprecedented in human history.

For thousands of years, most people’s energy has been consumed by staying alive, with value tied to what you can produce and what you can contribute. Once AI gradually takes over most material production, the focus of human life will likely shift from “how to survive” to “how to live with meaning.” In the future, the truly valuable skills will be things AI can’t learn—such as curiosity and imagination.

Right now, many people attach all their sense of meaning to work. Beyond labor output, they can’t clearly say what other value they have. When the day truly comes that we no longer need to toil for survival, the old value coordinates will stop working, and people are likely to fall into a vast emptiness and panic.

So a crucial capability for the future is to enrich your inner life—and to learn how to be alone. Not that kind of “being by yourself” solitude, but a state you can maintain steadily and fully from within even when there are no external tasks, no one needs you to respond, and nothing needs to be delivered. This kind of ability won’t automatically arise when AI arrives; you have to start cultivating it consciously now. $SOL #比特币
