Trump: Data centers are a cash cow and one of the biggest drivers of future job growth

BlockBeats message, July 16: In a post, Trump said data centers are one of the biggest drivers of future job growth. They are massive in scale, strong in resources, and full of promise—they are the cash cows of the states they’re in. However, for political reasons, the governor of New York has terminated all data center projects that were built or planned to be built in New York. These companies are now rushing to Alabama, Florida, Texas, Arizona, and many other states. The tax revenue and job opportunities brought by data centers are basically rolling in like a river of money! New York has made a terrible decision.

All this revenue and other benefits will flow to those “red states” (states where Republicans have the advantage) and some “blue states” (states where Democrats have the advantage). These states not only have lower taxes, but also can create record-breaking employment opportunities. They must cover their own costs for water and electricity, and the remaining funds will be returned to the state government and local communities. For those states and communities fortunate enough to land data centers, data centers are undoubtedly a huge source of wealth. New York should immediately change its policies. Under no circumstances must we allow radical left-wing Democrats to make us lose data centers, artificial intelligence, and all these amazing new technologies—so that they end up in the hands of other countries!
