Iran: There is currently no plan to hold talks; it is focusing on defense.

BlockBeats News, July 15, according to Iran’s Tasnim News Agency, a spokesperson for Iran’s Ministry of Foreign Affairs said: “Our armed forces have made it clear that any aggression against Iranian territory will inevitably be met with a proportional response. We currently have no plans for negotiations and are focusing on defense. A memorandum of understanding is a set of mutual commitments; if the other party violates it, we will also stop performing our obligations. This is a principle, and we will follow the same path in the future as well.”
