According to an official announcement, BNB Chain has completed the 36th quarterly BNB token burn. A total of 1,615,827.795 BNB were burned, with a value of approximately $932 million at the time of burn. After the burn, the total remaining BNB supply is 133,166,127.91 BNB. This burn was carried out through the BNB Auto-Burn mechanism, with the burn amount adjusted based on the BNB price and the quarterly block generation quantity on BNB Smart Chain (BSC). BNB Chain stated that the burn for this quarter and going forward will be conducted directly on BSC, and the corresponding BNB will be sent to a black hole address.
