Muxi Semiconductor Sun Guoliang: Some product orders are already scheduled for next year or even later; the MXC600 chip series has been shipped at a large scale.

At the Shanghai stop of the “Investigation Tour of Vigor China,” Sun Guoliang, Chief Product Officer and Senior Vice President of Muyi Share (沐曦股份), revealed that some of the company’s product orders are already scheduled for next year or even later. The MXC600 chip series is the company’s main driver this year, and it has already been shipped at large scale. In the face of the contradiction in the market between “scarcity of single cards” and “concerns about surplus computing power,” he believes that currently, general-purpose, easy-to-use, stable, and reliable computing power is scarce—so scarce that it may even be hard to get a single card. “Surplus computing power” refers to computing power that is applicable only to certain non-universal architectures, or that can only run the previous generation of models or certain niche types of models, among others; this is a kind of surplus.
