Kingsoft Office released a WPS 365 organizational AI office product matrix, positioning it as an all-in-one AI office platform

Mars Finance News: On July 15, at the 2026 AI Productivity Conference, Kingsoft Office, Vice President Wang Dong, unveiled a new organizational-level AI office product—WPS 365—positioned as an upgrade from collaborative office to an “all-in-one AI office platform.” WPS AI Docs has been added as an enterprise knowledge base, and three major Hubs plus a unified platform, WPS Comate, have been iterated around “managing costs, managing knowledge, managing data, and managing capabilities.” A multi-dimensional security system for WPS is also included, covering 11 major areas and 26 categories of high-value tasks, including research and development, manufacturing, marketing, finance, legal affairs, and human resources. As a unified Agent platform, WPS Comate comes with a built-in skills marketplace, expert pre-built solutions, and an application engine to prevent fragmentation caused by different departments building their own platforms. On the security side, it governs identity, data classification, endpoints, and AI behavior with a four-layer approach: Trust ID/Data/Device/AI. (Wide-angle observation)
