According to Beating monitoring, business information shows that DeepSeek’s operating entity has added Hangzhou Chengli and the National AI Industry Investment Fund as shareholders. Registered capital increased from 15 million yuan to 16.4475 million yuan.

The National AI Industry Investment Fund directly holds about 0.28%. Hangzhou Chengli holds about 8.52%, which is a shareholding platform jointly used by other investors.

Tencent holds more than 33% of Hangzhou Chengli. CATL, JD.com, NetEase, IDG, Monolith, Shixiang, and Zhenxingu are also listed among the shareholders. The percentages here refer to Hangzhou Chengli’s funding contribution shares, not the direct ownership of DeepSeek shares.
