$RE ’s short this time was pretty straightforward. It was pushed down directly from 0.71099 to 0.49129, and the profit shown in the account has already reached +608.42%. This kind of drop doesn’t slowly try to persuade people to exit—it suddenly pins down those left holding the bag at the highs.

What I found hardest at the time wasn’t the direction, but how violently it bounced back in the middle. Once the price surged upward on the chart, many people started to suspect whether the short had been entered too early, and it also became easier for hands to give in and change their plan.

In the end, the results proved that the push where the price was under pressure at the highs wasn’t for nothing. Once it truly turned weak, the room for downside opened up very quickly.

I’m not going to brag about how perfectly I managed this trade, and there was also hesitation along the way. It’s just that if you’ve been in the crypto market long enough, you know that when a short is making money, you have to guard against greed—holding the initiative matters more than the very last bite.
