Over the past month, I basically didn’t trade Meme.

I don’t have any particular view, and I’m not thinking that this space is over.
Even though I missed several big opportunities, I didn’t feel regret. I’m getting more used to it: when the market starts to go beyond my understanding, I first reduce my positions.
This period also helped me re-sort my trading discipline.
For small-cap Memes, if I miss the best entry point, I basically won’t chase.
The only two kinds of opportunities that truly interest me are usually:
Either wait until the market becomes extremely fearful, and after liquidity has been sufficiently released, then reassess;
Or only consider the leaders in the space—the ones with the best liquidity and the largest market cap—waiting for a better price.
Patience itself is a kind of position.
I’d rather miss a stretch of the market than, out of fear of missing out, break my own trading discipline.
The market is always there.
What really matters is waiting until I again have an edge—and I’m still at the table.
