Mars Finance News, July 15: In response to questions regarding the regional update for the Chinese mainland market, ASML Chief Financial Officer Dai Houjie (Roger Dassen) said on July 15 that the company currently expects the Chinese mainland market to account for about 20% of its total net sales in 2026, which is unchanged from earlier expectations. Dai Houjie noted that although the share has not changed, the absolute sales base for the Chinese mainland market has actually increased, since ASML’s forecast for full-year total net sales is higher than at the beginning of this year. In this sense, the performance of the Chinese mainland market is moving in step with the overall trend of the global market. When discussing the specific sources of demand in the Chinese mainland market, he added that this portion of incremental demand is mainly concentrated in the logic chip business, primarily to meet the locally driven market demand.
