Everyone definitely hopes the internet can go back to that early time when it was pure, and when everyone was friendly. But that’s just too against human nature.

Instead of that, it’s enough if people only hope that the hostility doesn’t spread—yet out of nowhere someone like a “meme captain” appears, trying to tear this society apart, and pushing men-versus-women confrontation. Really, there’s nothing else you can do.
As rational human beings, I genuinely hope what we can all do is to build a better society together, instead of becoming those trouble-causers who stir up shit. Just like in the crypto world—everyone wants us all to get better together.
