Data: Among the top 1,000 crypto projects by market cap, only 67 have a Wikipedia page

Mars Finance news: According to Cointelegraph, Chainstory data shows that among the top 1,000 cryptocurrency projects by market capitalization, only 67 have Wikipedia pages, accounting for about 6.7%. By tier, about 80% of the top 10 projects have Wikipedia pages, the figure is 40% for the top 100 projects, and 12% for the top 500 projects. Chainstory says this information gap may affect AI tools’ understanding of the crypto industry, because Wikipedia is still one of the important reference sources for some generative AI tools.
